Our core product is the RTU (Ready-To-Use) vial —washed,depyrogenated, and fully sterilized including final packaging, ready for direct use on your aseptic filling line. For customers with in-house sterilization capabilities, RTS (Ready-To-Sterilize) options are also available. Vials are offered in both Tray Solution and Nest & Tub Solution packaging formats, designed to accommodate manual and automated aseptic filling lines, with options to suit different process and budget requirements. Vial configurations are customizable to meet your specific process requirements.

Our manufacturing facility for RTU vial is equipped with a German-original washing machine and tunnel depyrogenation oven, supporting an annual production capacity of up to 500k units. All processes are conducted under Grade A cleanroom conditions, operating in seamless tandem at a sterilization temperature of 315°C and delivering a Sterility Assurance Level (SAL) of 10⁻⁶.
